Digital technologies in corporate health promotion programs: international and domestic experience

ABSTRACT
Nowadays, as technology has evolved, the working practice has changed significantly; thus, conditions must be created for a healthy lifestyle for workers in the workplace. In recent decades, data have been obtained on the effectiveness of corporate programs to improve personnel health, including using digital technologies to correct behavioral risk factors for chronic non-communicable diseases. Objective of the review. To study international and domestic experiences of using digital technologies in corporate health promotion programs. Material and methods. A literature search was conducted in open sources of eLibrary, National Library of Medicine PubMed. Full-text articles in English and Russian were selected, which address the utilization of digital technologies in corporate programs to promote the personnel health. The information obtained via the Google search engine was also used for the review. Results. Many digital technologies are available to personnel to improve health in the workplace, including those aimed at increasing physical activity, maintaining mental health and well-being, The authors did not find reports on digital technologies aimed at reducing the prevalence of unhealthy habits, smoking and alcohol consumption, in working conditions. Conclusion. In the technology era, the most relevant is the integration of digital platforms into the workflow to improve personnel health. The review presents digital health promotion platforms in the workplace.
