ABSTRACT
The integration of powerful technologies such as Internet Things (IoT) and Multi-Agent Systems (MAS) in healthcare addresses the complex nature industry, facilitating communication, coordination, decision-making among various departments.This becomes particularly crucial context COVID-19 pandemic, where developing countries faced increased demand for services, limited resources, a lack robust health systems.Through utilization IoT agent-based systems, remote consultations virtual doctors can provide essential services by analyzing patient data medical history.This paper examined existing approaches use consultancy Kenya.The study included referral hospitals sample units, focusing on consultants utilizing scholarly literature recommendations.Three (3) Hospital facilities were selected based their capacity training, research, referrals.The respondents comprised general superintendent, consultants, system managers, students, patients.Interviews survey questions used collection.The instruments average validity test score was (.84) reliability (.799) Chronbach's Alpha.The findings reveals that some have integrated technology Kenya with significant improvements management, diagnosis accuracy, outcomes, but there is need to address concerns regarding security, privacy, standardization infrastructure which pointed out be fully harnessing its potential.It also indicates Kenya, majority are using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems reliable internet connectivity, although variations availability hardware software technology, suggesting targeted investments technological infrastructure.
