ABSTRACT
Biological effects of rutin bioactive are limited due to its poor oral bioavailability and degradation in aqueous environments. For the purpose bioenhancement, different nanoemulsion systems were developed by titration method using water as dispersion media. The characterized for surface morphology, droplet size, polydispersity index, zeta potential, vitro release profile formulations optimized. anticancer potential optimized was evaluated cells viability (MTT) assay, nuclear condensation, ROS activity human prostate cancer (PC3) cell line. On basis data inhibitory concentration (IC50) value formulation on PC3 found be 11.8 μM. Fluorescent microscopic analysis intracellular generation demonstrated significant induction that might lead triggering apoptosis pathway. In conclusion, displayed efficacy against carcinoma cells.
