ABSTRACT
Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) are widely used in cancer treatment due to their efficacy and relatively low toxicity. ICIs have fewer side effects than conventional chemotherapy but can cause significant immune-related adverse by overstimulating the immune system. Among them, neurological events rare be serious effects. The authors report a case of patient treated with atezolizumab, type ICI, who experienced optic neuritis aseptic meningitis simultaneously.
