ABSTRACT
The total nuclear DNA amount (2C value) of 75 individuals Krascheninnikovia ceratoides s. l. was assessed by flow cytometry in 16 populations. mean 2C value all samples ranged from 2.59 to 6.99 pg. relationship between values and ploidy level calibrated using chromosome counting four Diploids (2n = 18) tetraploids 36) were revealed. In diploid plants, varied 3.72 pg, − 6.04 GS diploids is approximately half the tetraploids. observed seven populations Orenburg Region Republic Tyva (Russia), Kyzylorda Almaty Regions (Kazakhstan). Tetraploids recorded eight Kazakhstan, Novosibirsk Regions, Republics Altai Sakha (Yakutia).
