ABSTRACT
Background: Uterine rupture is a rare and life-threatening emergency with increased incidence of morbidity mortality. Missed or delayed diagnosis uterine leads to fetal maternal We report case acute abdomen shock due in 14 weeks pregnant female. Case Report: A 28-year-old 2nd gravida woman previous caesarean section presented department at pregnancy features shock. Resuscitation was done urgent ultrasound revealed gross hemoperitoneum wall defect. Emergency laparotomy showed scar site approximately 2 liters blood intraperitoneal clots. Fetus found dead. The repaired successfully. Conclusion: This demonstrated that should be high index suspicion, prompt evaluation immediate surgical intervention are life saving measures. In women abdomen, kept as differential diagnosis.
