ABSTRACT
In order to explore the active roll control of brake disc bolt load heavy semi-trailer, finite element simulation model is constructed by using thermal coupling algorithm, vehicle friction braking principle and heat transfer principle, temperature field stress are analyzed.The results show that when analyzing internal disc, transfers from inner side, first rises then decreases, keeps rising.When it found during process, tensile equivalent on upper side hole in tooth largest parts, which most vulnerable damage.Therefore, through research validated meet expectations.Although there some shortcomings still provides new ideas for improvement semi-trailer.
