ABSTRACT
The aim of the investigation was to evaluate possibilities applying 3D modeling and computer navigation in treatment benign tumors tumor-like diseases tubular bones.Materials Methods. The study involved 19 patients with bones skeleton, who were divided into two groups. The main group comprised 10 whom three-dimensional models affected bone segments created addition radiography computed tomography at stage preoperative planning.Surgical carried out using a system. The control included 9 underwent only segment planning.Results.The use diagnosis surgical helped reduce time surgery from 121.5±11.3 81.1±9.7 min, intraoperative blood loss 718.7±43.2 364.2±28.4ml, pain intensity by visual analogue scale 7.6±1.9 5.3±1.2scores.These results achieved through development intuitively simple for operator system real-time spatial orientation operating field, more accurate measured procedures, precise calculation required transplant volume, which minimized trauma donor area contributed reducing postoperative pain.Conclusion.The provides possibility improve immediate promoting fast social functional adaptation patients.
