ABSTRACT
This study was done to preserve snake fruit cultivar Pondoh cold temperature storage. Snake fruits obtained from Turi, Sleman, Yogyakarta and transferred the laboratory with aseptic condition. The sortation based on visual method used collect proper fruit. cleaning using cloth prior collected individually in refrigeration containers at temperatures of 10±5˚C. storage for 30 days it stopped until appearance physical damage result indicates that this might extend shelf-life 28 days.
