ABSTRACT
In this study, three microorganisms, Bacillus subtilis, Sporosarcina pasteurii, and subtilis subsp.subtilis, which are capable of inducing calcite precipitation effectively, were used to investigate possible stabilization improvement in the compressive strength rammed earth. The microorganisms suspended a solution yeast extract ammonium sulfate. The effects different concentrations calcium resources studied by producing total eleven mixes. The bacteria determined optical density method, OD 600 .As resources, low-cost locally available materials such as air lime gypsum amounts. The influence various at on earth was performing uniaxial compression test ages, e.g., 7 th 28 day after production. The cube specimens with size 50 x mm produced. The obtained results showed that both concentration amount medium main parameters affecting mechanical performance samples. It found all effectively enhance days. For definite B. two times higher values, 8.4 MPa, achieved days than reference mixes, do not contain any microorganisms. Moreover, macro-and micro-scale observations done monitor precipitation. It can be deduced preliminary promising feasible alternative cement or lime-stabilized (SRE).
