ABSTRACT
The aim of our study was to evaluate urinary excretion three brush border enzymes: gamma-glutamyl transferase, alanine aminopeptidase, and leucyl aminopeptidase in pregnant women with various types hypertensive disorders.The included 120 women, further subdivided into four groups: 41 at ≥ 20 weeks gestation gestational hypertension, 28 > pregnancy preeclampsia, 21 chronic hypertension identified 30 healthy controls.No significant differences levels all the enzymes were found between groups. Also, there no correlation enzyme concentration urine blood pressure values any analyzed groups women.The obtained results suggest damage proximal kidney tubules early stages disorders associated increased during pregnancy.
