ABSTRACT
Introduction:Regenerative medicine for the treatment of urinary incontinence has become a popular area focus in search therapies this disease.The paper focused on women' s quality life assessment who were subjected to transplantation MDSC (autologous muscle derived stem cells) urethral sphincter. Methods:The procedure was conducted 16 female patients completed observation stage.Assessment before and after (two four years post-operation) based validated I-QOL questionnaire (the Polish language version). Results:The study showed that autologous cell therapy significantly improves suffering from stress (SUI).The total score increased 49 (SD ± 7.7) 77 5.4) two post-operation.Four procedure, remained at higher level than therapy, although decreased by several points when compared with results two-year follow-up -63 7.2).Patients reported less concern related their ability reach toilet avoid incontinence, improved sleep night, satisfaction life, more sexual lives (p<0.05). Conclusion:The injection SUI significant majority our 2 4 year follow-up.
