ABSTRACT
In this study, Ranunculus cornutus DC. (Evlimemedotu) content analysis and some biological activities were investigated. For purpose, methanol water extracts of the plant taken their phenolic analyzes determined by LC-MS-MS. Total antioxidant method, FRAP, CUPRAC, iron chelation DPPH ABTS methods used for studies. According to LC-MS results, maximum was 3261.43 µg/L, vanillic acid 1217.70 µg/L ferulic 769.40 µg/L. it that exhibited lower activity than standard antioxidants. It can be said reason is amount they contain. However, observed extract generally had better extract. Finally, according DNA study alone did not have a negative effect on stable structure DNA. Since there are no studies with R. DC., thought will make very important contribution literature provide data future
