ABSTRACT
Extensive spread of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) prompted an investigation its diagnostic features. Acute viral pneumonia associated with COVID-19 has been described in detail using CT, radiography, and MRI. There is no data literature on descriptive picture observed dynamic Considering a comprehensive approach, radiologists should know how to correctly recognize interpret This case series demonstrated ability MRI detect cloudy sky sign distinguish it from consolidation patients, thus presumably distinguishing between early or mild changes progressive clinical course. These lung images can be recorded depending phase respiratory cycle. Thus, MRI, as radiation-free tool that used examine patient acute COVID-19, useful cases where access computed tomography limited morphofunctional imaging required.
