ABSTRACT
BACKGROUND: The state of health the pulmonary system and its impact on overall well-being individual is an important aspect modern medicine. Despite continuous progress in diagnostics technology, epidemiologic data trunk at population level Russia remain understudied. In context this problem, present study in-depth population-based analysis status dilatation using technology artificial intelligence [1]. Pulmonary (≥29 mm) may be associated with various pathologies including arterial hypertension, chronic obstructive disease, heart failure, other diseases circulatory [2]. AIM: aim was to assess prevalence Moscow technologies. MATERIALS AND METHODS: conducted between September 2022 February 2023 Moscow. A large amount chest CT analyzed, information 134,218 patients (61,514 men 72,704 women). Artificial technologies were used automatically process data. RESULTS: results show that 49,227 (36.7%) — 23,720 (38.6%) 25,507 (35.1%) women had evidence dilatation. shows gender age differences incidence pathology. distribution dependence. percentage signs increases age: from 18.1% group young people 62.2% elderly people. CONCLUSIONS: provides first epidemiological emphasizes importance further research area. findings serve as a basis for development effective diagnostic treatment strategies, well field
