ABSTRACT
BACKGROUND: Being stimulated by rapid development of communication technologies, telehealth delivery methods have become widespread and potential benefits for diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation follow-up patients. The article discusses the integration into clinical practice effectiveness digital tool remote monitoring control treatment patients with rheumatoid arthritis. AIM: to evaluate safety, technological features arthritis using a platform. METHODS: prospective non-randomized controlled study included over 18 years high moderate activity discharged from hospital outpatient follow-up. were divided two groups: first was observation group, second standard in-person group. Data assessment patients' condition obtained through questionnaire software package based on personal messenger - Telemedbot. We used HAQ functional disability questionnaire, EQ-5D European quality life questions assess patients’ adherence recommendations, duration morning stiffness, number painful swollen joints, patient’s general disease visual analogue scale. After 6 months, according DAS28 assessed in both groups. RESULTS: 30 program months. traditional group also consisted among Telemedbot, low RA remission achieved more often than (p = 0.049). In 9 (30.0%) 11 (36.7%) activity, respectively, versus 3 (10.0%) 8 (26.7%) face-to-face Thus, 20 (66.7%) managed disease, while only CONCLUSION: Remote Telemedbot can be considered increasing availability medical care treatment.
