ABSTRACT
Background. The active and careless applying of antibiotics in medicine agriculture leads to the emergence resistance existing antimicrobial drugs, which reduces effectiveness their use. One ways solve this problem is development new based on plant peptides with activity, for example defensins (which identified all plants) NCR that are specifically synthesized nodules some leguminous plants.
Materials methods. In present study, a meta-assembly transcriptome was constructed publicly available RNA-sequencing transcriptomes pea (Pisum sativum L.). This used search sequences encoding peptides.
Results. As result, 55 908 unique peptides, respectively, were identified. recognition site signal peptidase predicted divided into mature part peptide. Among defensins, 22 possess silico family number 422.
Conclusion. Sequences expressed nitrogen-fixing They candidates testing activity vitro.
