This article provides information on the history of evolution laparoscopy in Northern Scientific Medical School Obstetricians and Gynecologists. D.O. Ott discovered a way visualising organs abdominal cavity (ventroscopy) became first surgeon world who performed endoscopic interventions abdomial cavity. Foreign Russian scientists, including those from Arkhangelsk, as well practitioners, are presented this article, have contributed lot to development gynecology. Laparoscopy gynecology today is an endovideosurgery, which has become part routine practice gynecologists. Laparoscopic surgery one most promising areas for residents European North Russia, focused minimizing surgical trauma improving quality patient care.
