In the article there are hormonal and immunological aspects of pathogenesis retroсhorial hematomas in women with treatened abortion, clinic diagnosis this complication. Analysis efficiency complex therapy using Dydrogesterone Wobenzym were carried out among 80 pregnant comparison standard method therapy.
