ABSTRACT
Aim. Comparative study of clinical efficacy and safety antiviral drug triazavirin umifenovir in the treatment patients with acute respiratory viral infections influenza.
Methods. The included 100 aged 18 to 65 years diagnosed moderate infection. Group 1 34 receiving 200 mg 4 times a day for 5 days, comparison group 32 who received capsule (250 mg) 3 days. (control group) not treated therapy. Efficacy studied drugs were evaluated based on symptoms disease course confirmed by adaptive reactions organism.
Results. Among triazavirin, recovery time fever, headache catarrhal syndrome resolution less than among umifenovir. On favorable tolerability, symptomatic medications (antipyretics) discontinued, duration their use was less, Evaluation influenza demonstrated that effectively reverse main (p <0.05), reduce complications incidence (18.1±2.1% vs. 55.9±3.2%, p <0.05) contribute stabilization organism contrast results etiotropic therapy (6.9±2.9% 12.8±2.7, <0.05). During during intoxication syndromes had been reversed, while case absence therapy, 55.8% continuing symptoms.
Conclusion. allow defining as first line defense against good tolerability drugs.
