ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship addictive motives, clinical-dynamic characteristics conduct disorders and adaptation personality in substance harmful using adolescents. Were studied 293 adolescents with a diagnosis «Conduct disorder» comorbid diagnoses «Harmful use» (mean age - 15,3 ± 0,1 years). Patients were divided into 4 groups. 1 subgroup comprised 89 patients opioid use». 2 95 inhalant 3 57 «Drinking alcohol consequences». consisted 52 stimulant Results revealed two groups patients: motives correction negative emotional states (CE) stimulation emotionally positive state (SE). For SE characterized by predominance symptoms antisocial personality, disorders, more expressions social legal consequences use quantity use. CE marked hyperkinetic disorder organic affective big quantitative severity when expressed psychopathology health consequences. compared show favorable profile protective coping behavior associated less immature nonadaptive psychological defense mechanisms («regression», «replacement») non-constructive types («distancing», «self-control», «escape-avoidance»).
