ABSTRACT
Objective. The aim of the study is to investigate peculiarities changes in immune status individuals with active and latent forms herpesvirus infections. Herpesvirus infections are an urgent problem modern health care.
 Materials methods. prospective longitudinal cohort included 92 permanent blood donors who were examined twice at 6-month intervals for presence specific IgM IgG antibodies antigens herpes simplex viruses 1, 2, Epstein-Barr, cytomegalovirus, human type 6, as well humoral immunity indicators.
 Results. In period from October April, 68.5 % its components found have markers infection caused by HSV EBV, CMV, HHV6. combination detected absence clinical manifestations General biochemical tests indicated asymptomatic reactivation infection. frequency reactivations autumn spring months same. production after HSV-2 HHV-6 increase concentrations HSV-1, CMV revealed. EBV most common among studied nosologies (98.91 %) characterized statistically significantly higher levels IgG. effect on total IDA, IgM, IgG, IDE, CEC was not established.
