ABSTRACT
BACKGROUND: Еrector spinae plane (ESP) block at the level of СVII under ultrasound navigation control can be technically feasible and successfully used in surgical interventions topographic area above seventh cervical vertebra, which is upper anatomic boundary for m. erector spinae. At same time, available information on clinical use posterior blockades, also includes ESP block, during dorsal region rather scarce.
 CLINICAL CASE DESCRIPTION: We present a case removal large benign tumor localized surface neck patient who had serious concomitant endocrine cardiovascular pathology, using bilateral ESP-blockade, was performed combination with local infiltration anesthesia directly skin incision. The peculiarities this include absence ESP-block potentiation general anesthetics, preservation patient’s consciousness intervention, stable hemodynamics good indices gas metabolism any pain sensations, as well satisfactory condition his early activation postoperative period.
 CONCLUSION: presented demonstrates possibility CVII volumetric intervention method choice.
