Prevalence of the geriatric syndromes in geriatric practice in outpatient cliinic and possible ways of its correction

The results of investigation sample 107 patients 60 years and older during one month are described. This was collected in geriatric outpatient departments. prevalence syndromes assessed. main revealed were high risk falls, malnutrition, depression cognitive disorders. 67% frail. All caused level dependency. geriatrician made recommendations for correction problems. need to use multidisciplinary approach.
