ABSTRACT
BACKGROUND: Arterial hypertension is a common cardiovascular disease that requires constant monitoring by doctor of drug therapy to achieve the target blood pressure level.
 AIM: To analyze pharmacotherapy essential in patients, who have achieved controlled course disease.
 MATERIALS AND METHODS: In this study 274 patients with stage 2 arterial and no comorbidities were recruited. Blood indicators, anthropometric data, results laboratory instrumental studies, volume for analyzed.
 RESULTS: We analyzed 543 prescriptions II hypertension. 97 (35.3%) only one was prescribed, 112 (40.7%) two drugs, 46 (16.7%) three drugs from various pharmacological groups, among which monodrugs lead: angiotensin-converting-enzyme inhibitors 31.86%, cardioselective -blockers 23%, angiotensin receptor blockers 9.3%. Combined present 18.4% general doctors prescriptions. Fixed forms combined antihypertensive taken 50 (18.4%) patients. prevent complications hypertension, 75 (26%) prescribed statins (atorvastatin or rosuvastatin) 56 (19.5%) antiplatelet monotherapy Cardiomagnyl, Thrombo ACC clopidogrel.
