ABSTRACT
Reconstruction of the historical and scientific-practical heritage military-medical scientific potential country during Great Patriotic War is enduring relevance. Already by 1940, more than 250 specialized institutions were created in relation to theoretical, preventive clinical medicine which 21,000 workers worked (of them 2394 doctors 5025 candidates sciences). During war, military continued be strengthened (4 academicians, 22 honored scientists, 275 professors, 556 associate 306 1199 sciences).
 The Military Medical Academy played an important role solving problems. Active work not only departments laboratories Academy, but also at fronts. Scientists academy prepared many instructions on various issues medicine, contributed improvement system medical support for troops basis field doctrine. For first time, methods have been developed planning combat organizing army front-line operations.
