Anemia is believed to be a medico-social problem affecting great part of population. chronic diseases represents considerable number these disorders, which particularly challenging for long-standing inflammatory processes, systemic and neoplasms. Pathogenesis this type anemia characterized by complex miltifactorial nature. based on disturbance erythropoietin synthesis erythropoiesis precursor cells sensitivity, hyperproduction factors inhibiting (tumor necrosis factor, interleukins), iron metabolism other hemopoiesis co-factors. aggravates associated underlying disease course. Quality life overall survival deteriorate. Treatment efficacy influences the time patient recovery, as well success treatment diseases.
