ABSTRACT
Anemia is believed to be a medico-social problem affecting great part of population. chronic diseases represents considerable number these disorders, which particularly challenging for long-standing inflammatory processes, systemic and neoplasms. Pathogenesis this type anemia characterized by complex miltifactorial nature. based on disturbance erythropoietin synthesis erythropoiesis precursor cells sensitivity, hyperproduction factors inhibiting (tumor necrosis factor, interleukins), iron metabolism other hemopoiesis co-factors. aggravates associated underlying disease course. Quality life overall survival deteriorate. Treatment efficacy influences the time patient recovery, as well success treatment diseases. Iron deficiency disturbance, similar hypoferric anemia, are importance. However, therapy may aggravate patients condition, hence differential diagnosis true has practical value. In in presence hematologic diseases, goal generally limited improvement quality life, target value hemoglobin transfusion or stimulating remaining subject discussion. Hemoglobin determination individuals with cardiac pulmonary insufficiency who chemotherapy, critically important, because it category that does not demonstrate accepted values hemoglobin, level always indicative hypoxia absence.
