ABSTRACT
Condylomata acuminata of the penis are a type anogenital venereal warts characterized by exophytic growths on skin external genitalia and mucosa urethra. They caused human papillomavirus (HPV) types 6, 11, 16, 18, 31, 33, 35, with 6 11 being most pathogenic. The virus is primarily transmitted sexually, entering bloodstream through mucosal or defects during unprotected intercourse. presented clinical case highlights necessity combining surgical treatment local systemic pharmacotherapy in young patient multiple recurrent condylomata glans foreskin that were resistant to conservative treatment. A combination prolonged antiviral therapy topical application podophyllotoxin proved insufficient, leading widespread penile involvement. Persistent disease progression was attributed infection HPV 6. intervention included circumcision, frenuloplasty, excision residual glans, electrocauterization affected areas, followed interferon, which resulted complete recovery. No recurrence observed within six months.
