ABSTRACT
Acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding is one of the most important causes mortality and morbidity in hospitalized patients. 2-10% patients with who are admitted to emergency department die despite major developments diagnosis treatment methods. In this study, were our clinic assessed for their clinical laboratory features, risk factors endoscopy findings association literature. Materials methods: The between June 2002 January 2005 examined retrospectively. Results: Among 230 recruited study group, 71.3% cases male. mean age group was 52.4 ± 19.4.
