The purpose of this research is to identify the financial and human resources Humanistic Nucleus’ community service Universidad del Zulia, Venezuela. This a descriptive research, where interview was used data colection. results show that come from ordinary budget university, which over time became insufficient, leading tutors students self-finance required inputs. Regardind resource, the actors in process are identified with activity, but scarcity could influence their demotivation. pertinent instances must guarantee necessary means develop institutional policy.
