ABSTRACT
The research was conducted to separately evaluate and detect the possible in vitro antioxidant, antimicrobial activity of ethanol extracts prepared from aerial parts roots Astragalus dumanii anti-cholinesterase α-glucosidase inhibitory only its antioxidant capacity tested by scavenging DPPH ABTS free radicals. Compared with standard compound gallic acid; Root part extract showed lower radical activity, however demonstrated higher activity. phenolic contents were detected as 5.31 ± 0.03 13.23 0.05 mg acid equivalent g-1 extract, flavonoid found 8.26 0.004 7.93 0.005 Qercetin extract. In addition, effects obtained plant on acetylcholinesterase, butyrylcholinesterase a-glycosidase enzymes investigated IC50 values 1.47, 0.83 0.48 µg mL-1, respectively. When these compared substances, it seen that could be a good enzyme agent. Antimicrobial determined using microdilution method not observed have any activities..
