ABSTRACT
Three-dimensional bioprinting is a key technology in bioartificial organ production. However, production of organs has significant limitations because it hard to build vascular structures, especially capillaries, printed tissue owing its low resolution. As the structure plays critical role delivering oxygen and nutrients cells removing metabolic waste, building channels bioprinted essential for In this study, we demonstrated an advanced strategy fabricating multi-scale vascularized using pre-set extrusion technique endothelial sprouting. Using coaxial precursor cartridge, mid-scale vasculature-embedded was successfully fabricated. Furthermore, upon generating biochemical gradient environment tissue, capillaries were formed tissue. conclusion, vascularization promising
