ABSTRACT
This research aims at analyzing the effectiveness of e-Budgeting implementation with Provincial Administration Special Capital Region Jakarta using CIPP (Context, Input, Process and Product) model Stufflebeam (2003). qualitative employs a case study approach collects data through interview documentation. The Informants this are Local Government Budget Team (TAPD) Province. results show that is worthy to be continued since it evidently runs effectively regard four components Model. With Context, focuses on successful achievement initial purposes, which budget transparency accountability. finding context evaluation shift users' paradigm from old system e-Budgeting. uses adequate facilities infrastructures as well human resources, input an improvement network server used necessary. Process, facilitates minimizes error in RKA arrangement process. process there no legally applicable SOP e-budgeting stages. output (Product), improves quality its appropriateness RPJMD planning document, active role control management.
