ABSTRACT
<p class="abstract">Lateral semicircular canal aplasia is a rare form of vestibular dysplasia. This the last to be formed during fetal period, becoming susceptible isolated malformations. A 17-year-old male patient performed magnetic resonance with subsequent incidental finding isolated, unilateral, lateral SCS associated dilated vestibule. He was asymptomatic and physical examination unremarkable. Videonistagmography showed diminished ipsilateral caloric response v-HIT gains were normal. To best our knowledge, this first non-syndromic case no or audiological symptoms. absence could explained by compensation due congenital nature malformation.</p><p> </p>
