Horse riding is a satisfying and exciting sport recreation activity. However, it not without risk. A large percentage of riders experience accidents varying degrees severity during their professional recreational careers. Any injury, even one that appears to be harmless, may turn out serious exclude competitor from for long period time. The purpose the following research was analyse presence incidence contusions injuries among novice riders. material this study collected using questionnaire conducted on group 1973 people. Participants were chosen at random belonged an equestrian community different age groups. carried all over Poland. Equestrianism definitely injurious physical activity, which confirmed by answer 75% respondents who consider have been harmful suffered injury related horse riding. Most hand (45.5%), concussion (25.4%) fractures (16.4%). strength number (1973) feedback on, others, various types injuries. These can easily avoided due increased knowledge, practice, education.
