ABSTRACT
Digitization of land records is not sufficient for preventing fraud cases, time delay, and brokers' involvement. Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) used making this digitized record more secure process it in a decentralized way, reduces paperwork selling buying land. Blockchain technology has come to the fore recent years center technical discussion, with intuitive applications driven by its network architecture. It been firmly established as one most important emerging technologies. This article aims implement registry mechanism using blockchain optimize searching blockchain. Interplanetary File System (IPFS) provides an infrastructure that offers precise portrayal all members' roles. The application interacts network, which built IPFS. paper will help providing system process. proposed consensus algorithm MRRCM achieves less required generated block on average 3.06% round-robin 96.48% PoW approach. modified hash table search approach requires blockchain's than extensive liner searches A 59.5% compared traditional 18.68%
