ABSTRACT
Symbiotic Radio (SR) is one of the techniques recognized by 6G for wireless communication networks performance enhancement. In this paper, SR used to improve Internet Things (IoT) network enabling IoT tags backscatter neighbor smart phone primary signal rely on None Orthogonal Multiple Access (NOMA) technique.Furthermore, Intelligent Reflecting Surfaces (IRS) are also proposed enhance channel Quality Service (QoS); service performance; between and smartphones either using LTE or Wi-Fi smartly reconfiguring propagation improvement. We formulate an optimization problem achieve optimum location phase shifts IRS, aiming maximize throughput system.Proximal Policy Optimization (PPO) algorithm introduced as a solution problem. The main idea PPO minimize divergence new old policy while maximizing expected reward. This achieved surrogate objective function that approximates update.Simulation results demonstrate algorithms can total system data rate average 40% above without IRS it also, improves capacity when compared scheme at phones =4 which serve =20.
