ABSTRACT
In manufacturing operations, numerous parts and components are formed into different shapes by applying external forces to the workpiece, typically means of various tools dies.Common examples such operations forging, extruding, drawing rolling.Forming may be carried out at room temperature or elevated temperatures, a low high rate deformation.These also used in forming shaping non-metallic materials as plastics ceramics.However, processes working polymers solid state affected phenomena plastic instabilities.These interpreters on basis intrinsic law behavior material which express influence deformation yield stress.This directly reflects structural modifications undergone under conditions test.In addition, she gives necessary information modeling instabilities using techniques calculation finite element method.
