ABSTRACT
Boccia is one of the fastest-growing Paralympic sports and few to have an Olympic rival. The BC3 boccia class intended for athletes with locomotor dysfunction so severe in all four extremities that they require assistance from assistants aids form ramps helmets equipped pointer sticks. Therefore, design stick helmet was carried out meet needs athletes. by action research methodology concept design, static simulation, manufacturing, house quality. divided into three main parts: bracket, shaft, lock bearings using M4 M8 bolts. Static simulations used Fusion 360 Ansys 2021 R2 software determine strength value. Stainless steel material considering selection Ashby diagram method. maximum displacement value produced 0.006 mm, minimum safety factor 9.15. manufacturing results products adequate accuracy standards. A quality (HOQ) 39% indicates it can consumer better than other products.
