ABSTRACT
TPP (tetraphenylporphine)-SnO 2 photovoltaic cell is constructed with two transparent electrodes made of a single plate Nesa glass coated on both sides, one which further TPP, producing effect and serving as photocathode under illumination. It found that the photovoltage (Voc) greatly enhanced from 350 mv by adding sodium dodecyl sulfonate (SDS) to solution redox electrolyte Fe 3+ /Fe 2+ . Some other anion surfactants have similar effect. From data surface tension contact angle we measured, interface excess SDS at between layer has been calculated. Then relationship Voc conformation adsorbed molecules well critical micell concentration (CMC) in are discussed.
