ABSTRACT
Background and Aim: Clinical education is a major component of the Audiology curriculum. teachers instructors play an important role in achieving clinical goals. This research was conducted to survey view point students, teachers, graduates about teachers’ characteristics affecting education. Methods: Through purposeful sampling method, 14 senior undergraduate 4 BSc. Graduates, 7 participated this qualitative study. The relevant data were collected via focus group discussions semi-structured interviews. obtained analyzed by conventional content analysis. Results: After analysis classification codes, two main themes some sub-themes emerged. Themes included professional experience, educational ability rigor as well personality behavior, motivation compassion, discipline timeliness. They recognized influential attributes teacher study participants. Conclusion: It seems that ability, rigor, motivation, timeliness important increasing quality Therefore, choice qualified teacher conducting best course field Audiology.
