ABSTRACT
Primary gallbladder cancer is a rare malignancy and it difficult to be diagnosed because there are no specific signs symptoms at the initial stage. The most important risk factors include female gender, age of more than 65 years, having large gallstones. authors present unusual case adenocarcinoma reported male patient from Asia had acalculous cholecystitis.
