ABSTRACT
Non-puerperal uterine inversion (NPUI) is an extremely rare condition. Our case the second, where a young female (adolescent age group) presented with inversion, and first without any identifiable cause of inversion. Her chief complaints were chronic menorrhagia, abdominal pain, episodes acute urinary retention. Most reported cases have etiology for The reporting this worthwhile because its rarity in such groups even defined (spontaneous occurrence), making diagnosis condition challenging, particularly very age. In our case, she was initially misdiagnosed as having cervical polyp clinically radiologically, especially on ultrasonography (USG). Finally, it diagnosed by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) pelvis retrospective evaluation USG. Magnetic thus plays pivotal role Treatment either mostly manual repositioning, if not possible, surgery contemplated.
