Introduction: To survive is the first concern of people after disasters. The ability to keep performing and offering services in hospitals at same time as appropriate responding medical needs disaster victims, matters tremendously. An effective element this regard having safety level hospitals. aim study was specify index covered by Alborz University Medical Sciences. Methods: This descriptive-provisional conducted between 2014 2015 province. Nine public hospitals, affiliated with Sciences, were chosen means census method. data collection tool standard hospital index, WHO / PAHO, through which (in three structural, non-structural functional areas) determined. Data analyzed Excel software. outcomes rated zero one, accordingly, terms safety, classified either A, B or C. Results: Based on results study, most examined safety. Although group can put up disasters but, their vital equipment will be jeopardy. Conclusion: Measuring well determining it figured out how much a preserve its organization function helpful for decision makers policymakers, when comes prioritizing management civil interventions.
