ABSTRACT
The changes in electric current during the switching of vanadium dioxide-based glass-ceramic samples from off-state to on-state and vice versa were studied this paper. delay transition when a voltage U0 is applied sample related time tdon required heat it metal-semiconductor phase temperature VO2. decreases with increasing U0. It was found that reverse controlled by cord within which VO2 crystallites glass-ceramics are metal phase. t doff determines exists after switched off. value tdoff increases as increases.
