The healthcare sector, one of the most in-demand sectors in UK, is currently facing a shortage human resources. This due to several factors, including high turnover rate, an aging workforce, and lack younger staff entering sector. study explores impact resource shortages on project management within UK focusing Achieve Care Solutions Agency. To understand context this shortage, we surveyed 50 professionals from Out questions asked, 85% responses were properly returned. data was then analyzed using graphical statistics create averages, tables, graphs showing frequency percentages. findings suggest that training has positive effect motivation Care's current workforce social care experienced, compassionate, values their work, primarily because they feel appreciated well-trained.
