ABSTRACT
This study investigates the impact of training on innovative work behavior, with employee engagement and career development serving as moderating variables among employees Aceh Agriculture Plantation Service. The population consisted all in this agency, totaling 498 ASN. sample size for was 222 ASN, selected through Proportional Random Sampling. research model analyzed using SEM software. findings revealed that significantly influences behavior; it also has a considerable engagement. Furthermore, plays significant role fostering behavior partially mediates relationship between behavior. However, found to have no effect
