ABSTRACT
Objectives: Community-acquired pneumonia (CAP) is linked with high morbidity and mortality, particularly among the elderly. Because of incidence accompanying financial expenses, accurate diagnosis adequate care this group hospitalized CAP are required. The purpose study was to assess level adherence national guidelines at a private hospital, as well impact these recommendations on clinical outcomes.
