Agent-based simulation modelling has been used in many epidemiological studies on infectious diseases.However, because agent based is a field without any clear protocol for developing simulations the researcher given high amount of flexibility.This flexibility led to di erent forms agent-based simulations.In this paper we review existing literature models.From our identify key similarities and erences simulations.We then use these create taxonomy models show how can be used.
