ABSTRACT
Objectives: It was seen that recurrence and metastasis after breast cancer surgery are related to the immune response of host. Anesthetic agents modulate surgical stress or directly impair functions system cells. In our study, we aimed compare effects nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs erector spinae plane block, which among methods use for postoperative analgesia, on neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio platelet/lymphocyte in patients undergoing surgery. Methods: One hundred female aged 18-75 years, scheduled unilateral surgery, who agreed participate were included study. These cases divided into two groups analgesia method: Those with block (Group E) those administered N). According results, preoperative values calculated recorded. Results: Neutrophil/lymphocyte statistically higher both period. No significant difference found when measurement changes laboratory parameters between compared. Postoperative VAS scores significantly lower Group E. Conclusions: We concluded drug compared managing their not superior each other. However, adequate pain control.
